First Grade Akron Zoo Mobile

The Akron Zoo Mobile came to Schumacher to talk to the first grade students about living and nonliving things. The students learned about what makes something living. They also got to look at two of the Akron Zoo's animals. This program, sponsored by the GAR Foundation, is part of the APS elementary initiative experience known as Essential Experience.
