Schumacher Community Learning Center (CLC), will host a Parent Appreciation and Resource Fair March 29 from 5 to 7 p.m.

The fair will offer families a good deal of important of information from community organizations dealing with medicince and health, nutrition, financial empowerment, housing, jobs and training, summer camps, drug awareness and other family-oriented areas.

In addition, students will be able to register for a library card and sign up for summer camps.

The event also will include an opportunity to meet the new Schumacher PTA president and to register for kindergarten.

We'll have some light refreshments, giveaways and door prizes.

The event is open to parents and students.
